Old Tucson Studios “Fall Festival & Food Drive” To Benefit Tucson Community Food Bank

Old Tucson Studios is reaching out to help people in need this Holiday Season with its Fall Festival and Food Drive Thanksgiving weekend. The food drive, which benefits The Tucson Community Food Bank, will be held Friday thru Sunday, November 28-30, 2008 during special Fall Festival hours from 10 am to 6 pm. Bring a food item for donation and receive a discount on regular admission. We can’t think of a better way to give thanks for our blessings than to share them with others!

Tucson Community Food Bank suggested food donation items:

Canned Meats
Canned Fruit
Canned Vegetables
Canned Soups
Canned Tomato Products
Cereal
Peanut Butter
Condiments Meal Mixes, such as
Hamburger Helper or Rice-A-Roni

Adults will save $3 off the regular Adult Admission price of $16.95 plus tax and kids, ages 4-11, will save $2 off of the regular Child Admission price of $10.95 plus tax when they bring a food item to donate to the Food Bank. (Limit one discount per customer, cannot be combined with any other offer.)

The Fall Festival and Food Drive will feature a celebration of our southwestern heritage including traditional Mexican and Western food as well as music and dance performances. During the course of the weekend you can take in a variety of family friendly entertainment and activities including:

• Special appearance by the Buffalo Soldiers including the Arizona Territory – Ladies and Gentlemen of the Regiment, Mesa, AZ
• Old Tucson’s world-famous live shows and attractions including the all new Miss Kitty’s Cowboy Christmas show and Santa’s big arrival!
• Wagon rides, jumping castle
• Holiday shopping
• And more!
