Come to Old Tucson Studios for our Sensational Summer Celebration Series CELEBRATE PATRIOTISM – MAY 24, 2008
High gas prices may have you rethinking a long-distance summer vacation, but you still deserve to have some fun! Come to Old Tucson Studios on May 24 and kick off your summer with a day filled with activities for the entire family!
When the park opens at 10:00 a.m., the park will be filled with lots of great activities for the family including: Quick Draw, Marshmallow Shooters, Outhouse Toss, Cow Milking, Big Boy Ropers,
Jumping Castle, the Mechanical Bull, a Rock Climbing Wall/Zip Line…and Old Tucson's fantastic line-up of entertainment
At 4 p.m. the event officially gets underway with opening ceremonies featuring the Davis Monthan Air Force Honor Guard. The evening includes fantastic fun, food and music. Guests will vote for Tucson's
best ribs at the KHIT 107.5 Rib-off with Tecate Light. And, Old Tucson Studios will bring out the big smokers for a BBQ extravaganza! The family activities continue with the addition of face painting.
Plus, the Buffalo Soldiers will tell stories about their storied history. When the sun goes down, the night sky will be illuminated with a spectacular hot air balloon glow.
If it's music you want, then it's music you'll get. KHIT 107.5 will have a live remote from Old Tucson Studios featuring classic hits. Then, you can dance the night away to three bands, the Desert
Cadillacs, Rainy Days and The Mockingbirds. Ticket pricing:
