Film: Rising young star Michael Worth, Director Dustin Rikert and Temple Hill Entertainment/Grizzly Peak Films brought their feature film production of Ghost Rock (www.ghostrock.com ) to Old Tucson and Mescal during the summer of 2002. Cast members included Hollywood legend and Oscar nominee Gary Busey (The Buddy Holly Story) as the murderous villain Black Jack Pickett, plus Jeff Fahey, Adrienne Barbeau and Jenya Lano (right). A sexy, female-driven western action film, Ghost Rock also features numerous Playboy Playmates as saloon girls and burlesque dancers.

In April, 2002, Jana Segal shot her short feature, Desert Angel, at Old Tucson Studios (inset). The independent film starred Heidi Brozek.

The History Channel commissioned Gregory Orr Productions of New York City for "The Day They Died" two-hour special re-creating the death of Wild Bill Hickock.
